Picture of the Day @ the e-on website!

The makers of Vue (e-on software) have put my “Untitled Beach” image up as their picture of the day! Very stoked. You can see it here. Over the last week or so I’ve been working on another image for a Cornucopia 3d image comp “The Glory of Greece”. I used a pre-release version of Vue 9, very impressive, esp being 64bit (although my 3D space navigator doesn’t work). Had a rather large issue with global ecosystems and dynamic ecosystems, but I got around it by doing two separate passes and a little photoshop, however I later figured out (after I submitted the image) that the trick is to convert your global ecosystem to objects then the dynamic ecosystem will work again. It is of course pre release software so I’m sure all these little things will be worked out.
